1、 Product introduction
SGL series chain plate rotary grid machine is a device that can continuously and automatically remove the suspended solids in the liquid. Its frame structure refers to the advantages of the rotary rainwater grid of our company. It adopts a distinctive working principle, that is, the rake chain rotates before and after the grid strip. When the rake teeth move to the upstream of the grid strip, the rake chain is closed to ensure that no sundries are intruded, so that The equipment runs more smoothly. During the equipment installation, the whole machine is used for hoisting, and as long as two pieces of 620 × 150 × 16 steel plates are embedded in the ground on both sides of the water collecting well, the civil engineering is simple, saving, and the installation and maintenance are convenient.
The device is reasonable in design, simple, safe in operation, reliable and highly automatic, and can be widely used in water treatment industry.
2、 How it works
The rotary rainwater grille includes frame, drive transmission system, drive guide wheel, supporting wheel and closed rotary traction chain, tooth rake and grid bar. Driven by the motor reducer, the rotary traction chain rotates from the bottom to the top. When the rake tooth shaft on the traction chain is transported to the water face of the grid bar, the rake tooth is inserted into the gap of the grid bar to clean up from the bottom to the top, scraping the debris on the grid bar off the rake. Because the tooth rake is designed to form an included angle between the two teeth of the double tooth rake, when one tooth is inserted into the gap of the grid bar for dredging, the other tooth will surround the solid debris with the surrounding potential, so as to prevent it from leaking out, and the cleaning efficiency is high and thorough. When the tooth rake is transported to the upper part of the machine, the sundries will fall off the container or conveyor by their own weight, and then they will be sent away.
At the same time, the following shall be considered in the design:
1. Sundries may enter into the traction chain, and the traction chain is stuck, so a closed traction chain is designed.
2. The underwater bearing components are made of stainless steel with wear-resistant steel bearings, which avoids the routine maintenance of underwater components.
3、 Features and service conditions
1. The bars of the rotary rainwater grille are placed in the middle of the drag chain of the rake teeth (other mechanical grilles are placed under the drag chain), which changes the movement direction of the rake teeth in the process of dredging (opposite to other grilles), so as to avoid the hard objects brought into the bottom to block the rake teeth and the drag chain.
2. The equipment adopts rotary traction chain, which is mainly composed of chain plate, chain pin and roller. During operation, the guide rail on the rack is used as the guide rail, and the roller is used for rolling movement on the guide rail, so as to avoid the trouble of disorderly rope of wire rope traction grid cleaner.
3. The equipment can adjust the operation interval of the equipment at will according to the user's needs to achieve periodic operation. It can be automatically controlled according to the liquid level difference between the front and the back of the grid, and has the function of manual control, which is convenient for maintenance.
4. In order to avoid the damage to the equipment caused by the impact load, the overload safety protection device is designed and installed on the sprocket plate at the output shaft end of the reducer.
In a word, the rotary rainwater grille has the advantages of high degree of automation, good dredging effect, less power consumption, no noise, good corrosion resistance, etc. it can ensure continuous and stable work and little daily maintenance work under unattended condition. It can be widely used in many water treatment places such as urban sewage treatment, water plant water intake, rainwater pump station, power plant cooling water intake, etc.
